1. The Service

Televra provides digital IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscriptions, which grant users access to live TV channels, sports, movies, and TV series (VOD) over the internet.

  • Content Changes: The channel lineup and VOD library are subject to change, update, or removal at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, movie, or sporting event.

  • Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality streams (HD and 4K). However, the exact quality you experience depends entirely on your hardware, your internet service provider (ISP), and your internet speed.

2. Ordering and Payments

Because we do not use automated on-site checkouts, all orders, payments, and credential deliveries are handled directly via WhatsApp or Email.

  • By requesting a subscription, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

  • Your subscription time begins from the moment we issue your login credentials, not from the moment you first log in.

  • We do not store your financial information or credit card data on our servers.

3. Usage Rules & Account Sharing

To maintain server stability for all customers, we enforce strict rules regarding how your subscription is used:

  • One Connection per Plan: your subscription is valid for one device at a time.

  • No Sharing: You may not share your login credentials, Xtream Codes, or M3U link with friends, family outside your household, or the public.

  • No Restreaming: You are strictly prohibited from restreaming, broadcasting, or reselling the content.

4. Technical Requirements and ISP Blocking

  • Internet Speed: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 15-20 Mbps for HD streaming and 30+ Mbps for 4K.

  • ISP Blocks (UK Users): Many Internet Service Providers (such as Sky, BT, and Virgin Media) actively block IPTV traffic, particularly during live sporting events. While we provide built-in VPN routing to help bypass this, we are not responsible for ISP-side restrictions.

  • Device Setup: You are responsible for installing the required applications on your device using the setup guides we provide.

5. Service Uptime and Buffering

Due to the nature of IPTV and the internet, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

  • Occasional buffering, freezing, or temporary channel downtime may occur due to server maintenance, ISP routing issues, or high global server loads during major events.

  • Minor disruptions are considered normal in this industry and do not constitute a breach of these terms or grounds for a full refund.

6. Copyright Disclaimer

Televra does not host, upload, provide, or distribute any media files, video streams, the content is provided by a third-party.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our strict 7-Day Refund Policy.

  • Same-day refund requests (within 24 hours) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Requests made between day 2 and day 7 are eligible for a partial refund only.

  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days.

8. Support and Communication

We provide technical support and customer service via WhatsApp and Email. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or block communication with any user who uses abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language towards our support staff.
