At Televra, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your premium IPTV entertainment experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Because we provide a digital service with activation costs, our refund policy is structured based on the timeframe of your request. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
1. The 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a strict 7-day refund policy from the exact date and time your subscription credentials (username, password, and portal URL) are delivered to you.
No refunds of any kind will be issued after 7 days have passed.
2. Same-Day Refunds (Full Refund)
If you experience insurmountable technical issues or are unhappy with the service and request a refund on the same day (within 24 hours) of your credentials being delivered, we will issue a 100% full refund.
3. Partial Refunds (Days 2 to 7)
If you request a refund after the first 24 hours but before the 7-day limit expires, we will accept the refund, but it will not be for the full amount.
A partial refund will be issued. We will deduct a portion of the payment to cover:

The days the service was actively used.

Server activation and bandwidth costs.

Non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment providers.
The exact refund amount will be calculated fairly based on the length of your subscription and when the request is made within the 7-day window.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we will not issue refunds (even within the 7-day window) under the following circumstances:

Your Internet Speed: We are not responsible for buffering caused by slow internet connections or weak Wi-Fi on your end (we recommend 15-20 Mbps minimum).

Device Issues: If your specific TV or device is old, broken, or unsupported.

Refusal to Setup: If you refuse to follow our step-by-step setup guides or refuse assistance from our technical support team.

ISP Blocking: If your Internet Service Provider is blocking the connection and you refuse to use a VPN to bypass it.

Temporary Channel Outages: IPTV involves thousands of live feeds; occasional temporary downtime of a specific channel is normal and does not warrant a full refund.
5. Try Before You Buy
To avoid the need for refunds, we highly encourage all new customers to request a 24-hour trial before committing to a paid plan. This allows you to test our channel list, VOD library, and server stability on your specific device and internet connection completely risk-free.
6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, your IPTV account will be terminated immediately. Please allow 5 mins to 24 Hours for processing the request.
